During my recent stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by several aspects. the prices were quite affordable, offering good value for money. Secondly, I appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, with basic amenities provided such as a shower, toilet seat, and even water. The inclusion of air conditioning was a definite plus, ensuring a comfortable stay during the hot weather. Lastly, I enjoyed the super large balcony that came with the room, providing a great space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Improvements in certain areas could enhance the overall experience.

All in all really great stay. Sunlight Taverna is an easy walk to the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beachside hotel on an idyllic island location. The hotel's prime location made it easy for me to enjoy the beautiful beach, explore the lively town, and indulge in the local dining options. Being just a short walk away from all the action added a fun and convenient touch to my holiday experience.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

Buffet food - not much choice, food could be improved

This hotel was disgusting! The rooms just had some nasty wooden furniture in with the mattresses on the bed about 1 inch thick. I would not have let my family stay there and as soon as we saw the room we checked straight out and made alternative arrangements.The hairdryer was hanging off the wall.

The resort had multiple buildings scattered throughout the area, giving it a spacious feeling. The three pools were conveniently located, including one near the beach. The highlight for us was the location - close to great restaurants and bars, with a pleasant walk to town.

We had limited choices and found the showers ineffective. The air conditioning was an added charge, and balconies were low, making it potentially unsafe for those with small children.

We paid a budget price and the facilities and breakfast reflected this. The location of our room was excellent, right on the beach, but not all rooms were beachside as the complex was over 5 sites.

Check-in was supposed to be 2pm, arrived 2.30 and room wasn't ready. Breakfast was chaotic because the buffet area was too small to cope with the number of residents. On the Booked.net hotel page it stated that WiFi was free in public areas. Not so when we arrived. We booked this hotel because of the free WiFi due to business needs, were very displeased to discover this was not true and they actually charged an exhorbitant 5 euros an hour. Don't advertise free WiFi if not true!

Lovely room with modern amenities, comfortable bed, great shower. Wonderful property with fabulous views. Delightful breakfast with a great selection. Personal touch throughout, including checkout. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Excellent organization. Breathtaking views and great location. Classy hotel.

Don't have any issues at all.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel on Crete Island. The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and made sure that every encounter was met with a smile. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made my time at the hotel comfortable and special, just as mentioned in one of the reviews. The restaurant at the hotel was impressive - the food was consistently replenished and varied, and I particularly enjoyed the sensational Tzatziki. Another extra touch that I appreciated was the provision of snacks at the pool bar in the morning and afternoon. The hotel's location by the sea was perfect, offering stunning views from the super large balcony in my room.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful and I couldn't find anything to fault.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The hotel was located in a great area close to the beach and popular attractions. The room was nicely decorated and had all the essential amenities. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet with lots of variety. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The wifi was spotty and often disconnected. The pool area was small and crowded.

We found the location of the hotel quite attractive as it is not too far from the beautiful church of St Nikolai and is also close to the beach. The restaurant nearby was really nice. The hotel is located in a centrally located area which is great. The room was average sized but it was clean and the bathroom seemed to be well-maintained. , we were impressed by the beautiful view from the balcony.

Some of the facilities in the hotel were not up to the mark.
